As the Clinic Director at Acoya Shea , you’ll lead with purpose — guiding and mentoring a talented therapy team while fostering a culture of excellence in this vibrant, resort-style community. Surrounded by mountain views, palm-lined courtyards, and residents who can’t wait to welcome EmpowerMe Wellness, you’ll help your team grow professionally and ensure residents live stronger, safer, and more independent lives.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary therapy team (PT, OT, SLP, assistants) in a new EmpowerMe Wellness clinic
• Deliver high-quality physical therapy and wellness services for older adults
• Conduct assessments, create personalized care plans, and guide interventions rooted in evidence-based best practices
• Collaborate across disciplines and coordinate care through the EmpowerMe 360 program
• Serve as the community liaison — building strong relationships with residents, families, and leadership staff
• Drive program development, team mentorship, and continuous quality improvement
• Model EmpowerMe’s mission and values while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture

What You’ll Bring to EmpowerMe

• Active Physical Therapy license in good standing
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred (Clinic Director, Rehab Manager, or similar)
• Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong clinical expertise with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
