About the Role:

Job Title : Recruiter/ Recruiting Coordinator/ Campus Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Recruiter role requiring the ability to quickly onboard high-caliber candidates.
• Strong recruiting background combined with program management experience.
• Expertise in sourcing top-tier candidates, including those from tech, military, and technical backgrounds.
• Proficiency in Tech Stack is essential.
• Advanced Excel skills, including vlookups, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume recruitment environment and adapt quickly.
• Experience in campus recruiting, high-tech recruiting, and intern hiring is preferred.
• Familiarity with hiring SDE interns and understanding of technical hiring needs.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and Boolean search techniques.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Exceptional sourcing abilities
• Strong business acumen
• Proficiency in Excel
• Ability to perform under high-pressure situations

Location: 100% Onsite in Seattle, WA

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $50K/year and $60K/Year. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
