Business Development Recruiter

Duties

• Source qualified candidates to fill job orders for clients
• Inform candidates about job roles, including duties, expectations, skills and experience required
• Execute sales strategies to discover clients and identify their needs
• Sell SRI’s comprehensive suite of solutions - retained search, contingent search, contract, and direct search
• Successfully facilitate negotiations with stakeholders
• Drive clear objectives to maximize client satisfaction and loyalty
• Effectively collaborate in a fast-paced and performance-based team environment
• Establish and grow a portfolio and pipeline of diverse businesses

Requirements and Competencies

• Must be results oriented with strong work ethic and stamina
• Excellent communication skills; verbal, and written
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative aptitude
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects with an attention to detail
• Track-record of owning your day and demonstrating a self-directed approach
• Proficient in MS Office Suite

Compensation

• $50,0000 base with bonus and commission
