Choate USA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Administrator (BDA) to support our Outside Sales operations in the Austin market. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a proactive work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Position Overview
The Business Development Administrator will assist with day-to-day sales activities, including vetting project opportunities, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, coordinating communication between teams, and supporting both pre- and post-sales processes. This role is essential to ensuring that all opportunities and project documentation are handled efficiently and accurately.
