Account Manager / Inside Sales

Location: Shoreview, MN

Onsite with the potential for hybrid

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Account Manager to join our client’s growing team! This individual will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining client relationships. Account Managers will communicate directly with clients, understand their problems and individual needs, and recommend services that solve their problems and maximize client value. This individual will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client. They should be adaptable, knowledgeable multi-taskers with strong computer and communication skills.

Successful Account Managers will be skilled communicators and presenters who can find the best fit between client and service. The ideal candidate will have a problem-centric approach, organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead year over year predictable account growth.
  • Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients and provide regular updates.
  • Resolve issues and problems faced by the customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.

Requirements:

  • Experience required for entry level: Either a bachelor's degree with no experience or no bachelors degree with prior sales experience
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or relevant role is a plus!
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
