Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding existing and new accounts by building strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities. This includes cross-selling, up-selling, and developing strategic partnerships with OEMs to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to planning initiatives focused on retaining and growing both existing and new accounts
  • Gather and share customer feedback to help shape value-driven solutions
  • Conduct margin and cost analyses, offering insights to support pricing strategies
  • Strengthen and expand key customer relationships
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external clients
  • Deliver insights on competitors, potential partnerships, and evolving market trends

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in automotive account management
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively with OEMs
  • Demonstrated success in securing new business from OEMs
  • Familiarity with IATF 16949 quality management standards
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Experience working with fuel tank systems
  • Knowledge of plastic injection molding manufacturing processes
  • Exposure to thermal management technologies
