Role/Responsibilities

• Define solution architecture for complex business requirements and established standards in line with the defined future state enterprise IT landscape.
• To assess the domain IT landscape assessment and Application portfolio optimization for gap analysis
• Creation of solution and architectural views (logical| conceptual| development| execution| infrastructure & operations architecture)
• To collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, including leaders, project managers, and development teams, to understand and prioritize requirements while defining the architecture.
• To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new and emerging products/technologies
• To drive innovation by exploring and recommending new solutions within the organization.
• To contribute towards white/technical papers and knowledge base.
• Identify, define and track Program Portfolio Outcome KRAs (Long Term focus) Define and drive Customer Success themes
• Lead Value Creation themes including but not limited to Effectiveness (doing Right Things) improvements
• Set Objectives Key Results - to align with Program KRAs
• Facilitate and lead Operations Strategic Reviews both internal and Customer
• Lead 1st Level Domain & Technology conversation - demonstrate adequate Functional & Technology knowledge
• Facilitate and lead Business Development (esp. building adjacencies) conversations
• Lead and Manage Customer L3 (AD) & L2 (Director) relationships
• Demonstrate negotiation & persuasion skills
• Lead Project Managers and collaborate with Technology and Solution Architects in Value Create themes and initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements

• 7 years minimum coding experience, 5 years of managing software development & maintenance projects
• Extensive experience in solution leadership and solution delivery with in-depth technical experience in BSS solutions and overall IT Architecture, eTOM Framework of a telecom operator
• Must have prior experience driving consulting engagements around technology, operational and business consulting
• Must have prior experience in driving multimillion OSSBSS Transformation programs, especially onto BSS Transformation Program

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $85,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $173,800 per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year
